So I decided that a quick little update of everything would be good before I bury myself in my work again...

University is...well, somewhat difficult but at the same time, manageable. Not anywhere near the same as highschool, that's for sure. Classes are good, haven't failed anything yet (though midterms are coming up, not cool) so things are going good in that aspect.

...HOWEVER, my classes can be...egh...difficult in more than challenge :/

Comparative Literature is cool, get to read a bunch of old stuff...but our Prof gives out shit notes, and we have a 10-page term paper due in Novemeber...Not fun :/

Linguistics...completely different from what I expected. It's actually a little confusing, having to learn EXACTLY what your tongue is doing when you're saying the word "Hello." It's just...weird.

Japanese is fun, probably my favourite of the bunch, but I feel inferior to some of my classmates :/ Not fun feeling inferior and crappy...

English is...well, English. Readings and Responses and Essays, what else?

Psych....egh, that class is ridiculous. Reminds me of Bio 30....but more in-depth and...blegh...

So spread those out along the week, throw in study sessions, work, food breaks, and sleep, and you have my university life Not much time for social activities, no sir.

...Speaking of Social Activities, Thanksgiving's coming up. This, of course has my parents stressed out with having to balance both Thanksgiving AND my birthday. I feel terrible for them having to deal with all that :/

I get really...uneasy during this time of year, which is odd since it's my birthday. But a lot of the time, I feel like I'm stressing my parents out with having to deal with both Thanksgiving and my birthday (family AND friends, mind you) so it makes me feel like crap :/ I've been avoiding having friend parties, because I don't want to have them deal with more stress than they need to. Family is one thing, but I don't mind not having a friend party...

...of course Mom argues with me on that and says she doesn't mind, but it still makes me feel terrible :/

Well, that's my update for now. I'll get back....eh, whenever I can. Until then.
